After seven years of working in-house conducting research for Nike and Imperfect Foods, Kathleen decided to align her expertise with her passion for empowering entrepreneurs and startups and launch HEART.

Growing up in a first-generation American household, I became curious about the differences between my upbringing and the world around me. Confronting these differences became my foothold in navigating a culture my parents had little exposure to.
